Key Responsabilities:  

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines that ingest, process, and transform data from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, logs) into formats suitable for analysis and consumption.

• Design and implement data models and schemas to support analytical and operational use cases. This includes defining data storage structures, optimizing data retrieval processes, and ensuring data integrity and consistency.

• Optimize data pipelines and queries for performance, scalability, and efficiency. This may involve tuning database configurations, optimizing SQL queries, and implementing caching mechanisms.

• Monitor data pipelines and infrastructure for issues such as data quality issues.

• Document data pipelines, schemas, and processes to ensure that knowledge is effectively shared across the organization.

• Stay updated on the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in data engineering and related fields.

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Advance English

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role

• Demonstrable skills and hands-on experience with Azure Synapse, Azure Fabric, and Azure Data Factory

• Robust SQL skills, including familiarity with T-SQL and complex queries

• Proficiency in PowerBI, DAX, and OLAP Cubes

• Advanced knowledge of Excel

• Experience working with Python, Scala, or R languages. Spark/PySpark knowledge is a plus Familiarity with Agile methodologies and proven experience working in Agile teams.
