We're on the lookout for a skilled Business Development Representative to play an essential role in driving the growth of our company by overseeing the development and implementation of strategies aimed at identifying potential new customers and taking end-to-end ownership of key opportunities. We need your strategic blend of creativity and analytical prowess to effectively engage target audiences and generate leads and lead opportunities that are likely to convert into sales.  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Our Business Development Representative will have hybrid responsibilities focusing on Lead Generation strategies but also willing to take over qualified opportunities and manage them end-to-end.

  • Developing compelling, targeted content that addresses the needs and interests of potential leads is a critical task. It involves not just the creation of high-quality, relevant content but also the analysis of performance metrics to refine strategies and improve lead generation efforts.

  • Oversee the creation and management of lead capture and nurturing systems to optimize conversion rates. The same applies to developing qualified opportunities.

  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on target markets, messaging, and goals.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new lead generation opportunities and areas for improvement.

  • Manage the budget for lead generation campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

  • Design and execute A/B testing procedures for various lead generation channels to optimize performance.

  • Innovate and experiment with new lead generation techniques and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain competitive advantage.

  • Categorizing potential customers into distinct groups based on specific characteristics enhances the creation of targeted marketing strategies. Craft messages and outreach efforts that deeply resonate with each group, leading to optimized conversion rates and a maximized return on marketing investments.

  • Guiding potential customers from initial awareness to the final purchase decision involves a thorough analysis of each stage to enhance conversion rates and ROI. By implementing targeted strategies that nurture leads at every step. Ensures a smooth transition towards sales closure.

  • Refining strategies and targeting demographics more effectively is made possible by analyzing trends from campaign data. Creating detailed reports that offer insights into campaign performance allows stakeholders to make decisions based on concrete data.

  • SDR/BDR management, this role will be investing 70% of its time in Lead Generation and 30% in Opportunity Management.

Qualifications:  

  • 3+ Years of experience leading demand generation strategies and managing sales opportunities in the IT Services industry.

  • Verifiable track record of achieving lead generation targets and sales quotas.

  • Knowledge of IT Services Industry at the north American market. Experience in the nearshoring industry is a plus.

  • Experience and attitude to spend most of his time calling customers and doing outbound efforts through phone calls.

  • Proven knowledge of tools to build outreach campaigns from scratch such as Dripify, Salesrobot, Apollo, Sales Navigator and others.

  • Verifiable experience in the craft of building multi-tier marketing campaigns with sequences that include emails, social selling and cold calling.

  • Experience building email marketing campaigns and preparing domains for such purposes.

  • Advanced English, Strong verbal and written communication.

  • Experience generating metrics and reports for Decision Makers.

  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team. Ideal candidates will feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a fast-changing, rapidly evolving startup environment.

  • Data Driven, Results orientation and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates feel comfortable working under pressure.

  • Experience in Market Segmentation and crafting buyer personas and ideal customer profiles.

  • CRM Software Utilization. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

  • Proven Copywriting & Content Marketing Strategies expertise.

  • Willingness to explore non-traditional channels for demand generation such as video messages, Reddit, Github, Intch and other creative sources.
